Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). Please note that orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day (Monday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Some of our products are shipped directly from overseas, which may result in longer shipping times. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days, with some orders potentially taking an additional 1-5 business days due to overseas shipping. You will be notified via email if there are any delays beyond the estimated shipping time.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the shipping method selected.
Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a specified amount during our promotions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sasshays is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Orders

Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address
Sasshays is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note that full payment will be captured at the time of purchase for pre-orders.
